Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Since we work with international fulfillment partners and suppliers, all returns must be authorized and approved by us before being shipped.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the return instructions, including the correct return address and, when applicable, a prepaid return label or return shipping code provided by our supplier or logistics partner. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

For returns due to change of mind, dissatisfaction, or unwanted items, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by local law.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by us or our logistics partner when applicable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants);
  • custom products (such as special orders or personalized items);
  • personal care goods (such as beauty products);
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For returns made under the European Union 14-day cooling-off period, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you will automatically be refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error, a defective product, or where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
